Question
I have an Epson stylus photoshop 2200 printer that prints sheet
sizes up to 13"x19" and claims to print roll paper 13" wide x
infinite length. I use photoshop 6 to retouch photos of my
paintings and then to print copies of them up to 13" x 19". I
cannot, however, determine any way to print banner length
prints (over 19" in a 13" width). I have several panoramic
paintings I would like to reproduce but am totally stymied in
attempting to generate print longer than 19". Can you advise?

If I understand everything, you can't print bigger than 13 by 19, because the printer tells you it can only print 13 by 19, unless you are using roller paper.  Are you using roller paper? and if you are, then this option is in your printer, not photoshop.  Probably play with your paper handling or paper feed option, as you probably need to change trays.

now, if you want, you can fit the painting to the size of the printer.  When you go into the print screen, there should be a print to size, or a fit object into page option.  It will then print a smaller version of your painting.
