An easier way is to copy a letter with an accent on it, from the web then paste into your word in Photoshop (or into notepad and then copy word into photoshop).

The answer posted above was very useful. I had the same problem and it worked; it's great for me to know in future. I had to filter through some awful search results on Google to get this. Thanks!

Expertise

I can answer pretty much any Photoshop questions. Although I do not have any experience in scripting within Photoshop. I have been using Photoshop since version 3 when it came on a bunch of little floppies. Wow, has it come a long way since then. But don't let it intimidate you. That's what we're here for. If you take the time to ask me a question, then I will take the time to give you the best answer. So ask away!!! Oh, one thing I should add. I have a Windows pc. I have never used a Mac. So if you ask me a question, I will assume you are using Windows XP, unless you specify otherwise. Those of you using Vista, I am familiar with Vista. I had it installed for about a month. It was too buggy, but I can still try to help you.

Experience

I have been using Photoshop for years. I give a Photoshop class here at the local community education building. There is a beginning, intermediate, and an advanced class. Most people take all three. Which must be a sign that they enjoy it. How could you not, Photoshop is so much fun. My greatest passion is Photoshop. Even greater than golf. Wow, I should Photoshop some golf photos...could it get any better??

Education/Credentials
No formal education in Photoshop. All my knowledge has been self taught. Trial and error. Plus I have about 30 different books that I have read. But I believe playing around is the best way to really learn Photoshop. I am a network admin that works midnights. Lets just say I have 8 hours a day to play around. :)
