Hi, I'm learning adobe photoshop and paintshop pro
and I would like if yuo cuold teach me how to crop multiple images 200x200 resolution of people's head. I'm trying to learn how to apply the comic effect to the face in colours ("sin city" effect)

Can you show me how? can you provide me with steps?

Hi,
One way you can do this is:
Image- image Size
On Pixel put 200x200
Check Constrain Proportions and Resample Image (Bicubic)

Or
-Crop the area that you need with the crop tool
- Image- image Size
On Pixel put 200x200
Check Constrain Proportions and Resample Image (Bicubic)
