I am new to ps and I have a question about layers.  I am creating a flyer.  I have the background and everything that needs to be typed on it but i need to put two pictures on it.  How do I put a picture that is stored on my computer on to the document on photoshop?  Any info would be very helpful.

open the file in photoshop
double click the layer if its locked, this unlocks the layer
move it over with the arrow tool
note - if your picture file has a differnt resolution, or dpi, than your flyer, the size of the photo will change when you move it over.
