Can you use adobe photo shop to put a watermark on a jpg picture file? ~ please explain the process if it can be done. If it cant,what common program do you recommend? Thank You

yep we can use adobe photoshop to put a watermark on a jpg format file. what you have to do :

u must have a pic for watermark.

import that pic in jpg picture file

then decrease opacity or brightness of that pic

and that pic should be in different layer and that layer must be in the last position (DOWN).
