Adobe Photoshop/many photos on a page

Question
I want to put multiple .5x.5 photos on one page using photoshop. I have
gone under File to Automate to Picture Package, but the smallest size is
2"x2".

Answer
Hi Gail,

Try using the Contact Sheet under File > Automate. It doesn't let you specify the image size, but instead how many images across and down. Uncheck the Filename option, and set your columns to 16 across by 20 down for an 8x10 page. If you need to repeat the same image over and over, like with Picture Package, you will have to create a custom layout.

It will take some work, but choose the (20)2x2 layout from Picture Package, and click "Edit" (CS2/3). Once there, go to the bottom of the dialog and check Snap To... and set the size as 0.5".

You can then begin sizing the existing zones by dragging and moving them, or you can enter the size manually in the text boxes on the left. If you need more, just use the Add Zone button and resize.

It will take a long time to fill the page, but you can space them out, too.

**NB: You can only add up to 50 zones/images using this method**

Once you have your layout, enter a new name for it and click the Save button, giving the .txt file a meaningful name, too.

If you need more help, please ask!
