I want to make a collage in photoshop with pictures that I haven and are loaded on to my computer, is it possible to make the collage in photoshop after editing the images or do i need another program to make the collage?

I don't understand what your asking.

Yes, you can make a collage in photoshop. I'm not sure what this has to do with the edited images part of the question. But yes, photo shop almosts opens everything. Just move each image into a new file that will be the collage document and have fun :)
