Question
i want to put a picture on another,and see them both...i mean...the second picture to be transparence...how to do?
1. place each picture on one layer
2. select the above layer
3. press the number from keyboard how much you want it to be transparent, i.e. 4 for 40%, 8 for 80%, 05 for 5%.
