Adobe Photoshop/pixel color filtering

Question
Hi, here is the question:
I use photoshop cs2 and i made this pixelized picture of the head of a woman. The size is 157 wide and 96 high (in pixels). That makes around 15000 pixels.I did a gradient in black and red color, so i ended up with a large number of red midtones.I want to to know this:
every tone of red on the picture to be selected in group, no matter where it is on the picture. For example I choose the pixel on column number 95 on the 96st row and I wanna see all the pixels that are exactly the same color or have a VERY slight difference.
Thanks in advance, I hope you can help me.
