How can I remove red eye with Photoshop 7..?
I'm playing with a friend computer and some of my digital photos

Hello Gonzalo,
1. Make a selection of desired area by marquee tool,
2. Go to Hue/Saturation palette
3. Make the saturation to -100 to make the eye black,
If the eye color is different; just play with Hue bar. You will get what you want.
