i have a image of blue color but i want to replace color relevent to my theme suppose that green theme then how it changed with rgb color scheme for example r=14,g=141,b=68

hie,
if you have already transfer your image into RGB format so you can now simply change color from Paint Bucket Tool after selection your image.

you can select your image by:::
1.magic tool
2.polygonal tool
3.press and hold CTRL and then click your left mouse key on that layer.

You can pick green or any color from swatches window.
Menu :: window >> Swatches

for transfer image into RGB format:::
Menu :: Image >> Mode >> RGB
