hi
i have a image of blue color but i want to replace color relevent to my theme suppose that green theme then how it changed with rgb color scheme for example r=14,g=141,b=68

If you don't want to destroy color tones of the picture, try to play with Hue Saturation menu (Ctrl+U), or maybe select the 'COLORIZE' option on the side of the window, and see if this help you to achieve what you looking for
