Adobe Photoshop/saving file to server

Question
Hi,  Hoping that you can help.  I am having a recurring problem
when using photoshop files that are stored on my server.  I can
open the files and work in them and then when I go to save
changes either using "save" or  "save as" I receive the message
that I "do not have the necessary access privelages. "  I have
already checked the permissions for photoshop to verify that
they are "read and write".  My user id is with administrator
status.  I have already had my server checked for permissions as
well and I have administrator status on my server and
permissions for the files are all "read and write".  I am able to
save the file to my G4 in the meantime.  Sometimes shutting
down and restarting helps, but not always (not this time for
instance).  i have tried running disk utilities already, no effect.  I
am running out of things that I can think of to try and the
problem seems to be increasing and my work is becoming too
disrupted.  Any thoughts or suggestions would be really
appreciated!

Thanks.

Lindsey

Answer
this is somewhat of a wild guess, but the reason you can't save is probably because your server admin has it so that you can't just go in there and manipulate other people's art and therefore, yours.  It's like a CD, once you write, you can't save it again. Now, why you wouldn't be able to save as, I'm not really sure.  I don't think its your computer, you might want talk to the admin.
