Question
Hello, I am trying to print an image I have created in photoshop. I want it to be W 6.5cm H 7.4 ( the res is 72) I have this set in image size but it does not print out this size ? This always happens when I try to print from photoshop its never true to size.... ? Maybe its the resolution I need to change ? Thanks for your time

Answer
Hey,

how big is it printing?

check your printer settings, you may have it set to where it's printing to fit the page.

click print with preview and look at how it's printing. Unclick the print to fit if it's clicked.

ps - I'm sure you know this ;) but 72dpi is horrid for printing. because it's so tiny you should be fine. But never print out something amazing under 300 dpi for laser printers, and 200 - 150 if you really have to, for ink jets.
