I have a big problem in working photoshop7.ME , and that the computer is too slow! it s really terribly annoying, the computer's got 256 Mb of RAM and 2.4 GHz for CPU.
its ok but I dont know how can I design properly and faster.
my question is this: is
can I make any changes in setting of photoshop or windows so the situation becomes better? for example change temporary folders or something else in photoshop?
I design in 1 * 1.5 Meter size with 300 p/inches of dpi.
i wonder if you,d mind helping me.

Hey there,

you Ram is WAY TO SLOW.  It's kindof odd that photoshop 7 would be slow, but in cs2,  you need at least a gig. Are you running on ME you say? There's your other problem, either go up or go down, ME is terrible with adobe.  

it could also be that you have too much on your computer, try deleting somethings you don't need first. Also check your scratch disks and see if it will let you boost up there, this should be under edit, preferences.
