Adobe Photoshop/wrap image

Question
Hi.  I recently came across a question you asked a while back about wrapping an image like a sphere.  Did you ever figure out how to do this? I'm trying to do the same thing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Jay

Answer
Hi Jay,

It is easy in PS, just you need that object’s selection and above that the image you want to wrap, use spherize or pinch from filter menu

. Add some highlights over it. i.e., use brush tool on sides of the object (use a new layer above all, with the selection of your master object) add some extra grey/dark shades and some lights shades on one corner on the edges of object to create some depth.

You can also add some drop shadow underneath that object to make it look finished.

See if this makes that a good looking thing. Let me know if you need more help.
