Question
are there still effective ways for a 20 year old man to become taller...without the surgery? are there growth enhancer supplements available in the market?
I am unaware of any effective ways for stimulating growth or increasing height after the growth plates on a person's bones have solidified - this generally occurs (at the latest) around 18 yers old in men and 17 years old in women. Xrays can determine if your growth plates are open or closed, but as you get older, growth hormones will have increasingly more unwanted side effects.
