i just want to know if me and my sister agree that i can have my nephew just for a little while until she get her housing stable what can we do to get the paper work

Hi!

It's important that to protect your nephew that you let someone with legal experience draw up a document that you can both sign and have notarized. You can always contact an attorney that is familiar with your state's adoption and custody laws.
