AboutRoberta Rosenberg Expertise International Adoption - I am an active member of the adoption community. I have 3 children, 2 adopted from Korea. I can answer all questions about Korean adoption, most questions on international. What I do not know I can easily find out.
(PLEASE NOTE: I cannot answer any questions involving immigration/family adoption legal issues. These matters of local/state/federal law should be discussed with a qualified attorney.)
Experience Beyond my own personal experience as an adoptive parent, I'm also the developer of several websites related to adoption. Adopting from Korea (www.adoptkorea.com) and AdoptShoppe (www.adoptshoppe.com) are just two of my current sites.

Question I just wanted you to know how rude you are. For someone who is really trying to adopt a child to get a response like yours below is just cruel. I had never even been on this site until the day I sent my question to you. Maybe you should take yourself off of this site since you obviously do not have people skills.
--I would like to think you were just having a bad day. We have all been there. If you enjoy what you are doing please don't make the same mistake with another caring person---Thank you for your time---Janey
I have already answered this question for you once before.
Your Question was:
I have two biological sons. Recently I saw a story on international
adoptions at my church. Something has been tuggin at my heart ever
since. I cannot find a site that has the real (2006 or 2007) top 5 adoption
agencies working out of the US. Do you know which ones are the easiest
to work with? Don't worry, if you don't actually know them, no need to
search. I have looked everywhere getting old info most of the time.
Thanks for your time!--Janey
Answer The unfortunate response you received automated per AllExperts.com and not elegantly presented. My apologies.
I did, however, answer your question. It appears, however, the answer didn't process so I will respond again.
There are hundreds of adoption agencies in the country. There are many excellent agencies, both large and small. Some have international programs representing several countries. Others just one or two.
I'd suggest you consider which countries are of interest to you, then narrow down the agencies which might work best for your family.
The best ones in my opinion are those that require indepth homestudies, adoptive parenting education, and offer significant post-placement support.
I would gently suggest that adoption at its core is about parenting, not charity. If you want to help support families and their children, there are many excellent charities who would welcome your support. If parenting is the heart beyond your thinking, then adoption can be a happy albeit challenging joy.
I'll wish you much luck as you consider the adoption option.
