AboutRachel Expertise I can answer questions about fostering - What's it like to be a foster carer? Who to go to for help? Experiences with troubled children. Attachment problems. Leaving care. Long term fostering. Dealing with birth families. Working with schools, statements, EBD schools.
Experience My husband and I have been foster carers for over five years and we are currently long term carers for two boys. We have had one boy from the age of 9 to 14 years who is with us long term. We have done short term respite care, one year seeing a sixteen year old girl through to leaving care and long term care of another boy from age 10-11
Question i was told by the social worker that handled the case there was a loop hole in my case and i should find it.i found some of them which one was my youngest daughter was taken and my parental rights taken illegal she was a whole different case.and the woman that has apparently adopted my kids is being mean to them.i was punished for being a battered wife so i dont see why a battered woman should lose her kids cause of social services mess up.so i dont see how its to late aint nothing ever to late when its in the hands of god.

Sorry for being slow at answering.
It is a very sad situation and I hope that you can find the loophole you need.
It sounds like you would be best to get advice from a solicitor. You could start with Citizen's Advice who should be able to help you identify a suitable solicitor and advise if you can get legal aid to pay for the solicitor.
