Question My husband and I are considering adoption fron China in a few years (we aren't yet 30 years old). We would prefere a little girl. Normally what is the wait time to bring a child home? What is the age (we want as young as possible). Lastly, from start to finish how much money should we expect to need? Thank you so much!
Answer The thing about international adoption is that the rules change and often change quickly. Therefore anything you read now will be subject to revision when you're actually ready to proceed.
Having said that, here's a link to the best place you could possibly start - Families with Children from China, www.fwcc.org, is a great resource with dozen of links to specific info.
Take your time digesting the info and when you're ready, make sure you have the updated details you need.
