Nowdays I'm doing a compartive research on the subject above. my question is if there is any adoption law for all the states that permit or prohibit lesbian or gays to adopt their partner child's? us there any claiming in the constitution?

I am not a law expert, therefore I would be hesitant to answer your question from a standpoint of absolute fact. I would recommend looking at each state's statutes regarding homosexual adoption. I myself would be opposed to it on principle as I am not convinced it would ever be in the child's best interest. You have given me something to pray about for sure.
