   Currently I am a Set dresser/ Leadman for the Art Department. I am interested in taking my skills to the Art Dept. for Adult Films. I have sent my resume to some production companies, but was wondering if there are websites that lists Companies searching for help in this field? Thank you for your time.

I am not aware of any job classifieds type website that focuses on the adult entertainment industry.  But, I do recommend that you check the member forums at http://www.XPEEPS.com where you may find such info or can ask of other forum members for their advise on where to find this type of info.
