I have done some research and I have decided to move ahead within the next 30 days and get started on a adult website. Now to start, because I am not in California, I am going to be producing female solo scenes. Do I need to have a local permit and insurance coverage for this type of production? Is there anything the female can't do in the solo scene or anything she can't use?
Besides two forms of government issued ID's, her signing off on a release, and making sure she's of legal age, what else has to be provided?
Eventually, I'd like to go out and shoot boy girl scenes in California. Can I film in San Francisco (or anywhere else in the state of California, besides LA) after I set up a California based production company?
Please advise at your earliest convenience.
Thanks!
George
Answer George,
Not sure what to tell ya or what ya want to hear so here it goes.....
From my understanding it doesnt matter if you’re shooting hardcore B/G content or softcore solo content....it’s always best to shoot it where you won’t happen upon any type of controversy. Therefore I would recommend shooting all scenes strictly in the area of California know as "LA County".
Outside of that now on to your next question.....
Your correct with the releases and ID's. Now making sure she's of legal age is paramount to everything else and should be done initially.
You next question should be addressed to a competent adult industry legal professional.
