  Your answers are great. Sure learned a lot in five minutes. So what's your opinion on this one? A website with just chicks showing their boobs and so forth. Purely solo. Just mammeries. It would be a niche, but in your opinion would it be legal to film this outside of CA? There's no actual sex involved, although there would be lots of purient interest. Thanks Much.

Hi Leon,

I’m not sure how marketable such a site would actually be, but yes that type of production would be legal in most areas so long as there is no sex and/or touching of the mammaries in question by anyone other than their rightful owner. Touching of ones breast  by another individual, is and will be considered a sexual act by the law.

Also you need to keep in mind that compliance to the Federal Laws that pertain to Adult Material (specifically USC Title 18 Section 2257 and CFR Title 28 Part 75) will definitely still be applicable to such a production and, as I have said so many times, compliance is absolutely MANDATORY.
