HEY DAN. IS THERE A DIFFRENCE IN THE MODEL RELEASE FORM WHEN YOU ARE SHOOTING A PORN , AND WHEN YOU ARE PLACING THE MATERIAL ON YOUR WEBSITE? I ASK BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WHERE TWO DIFFRENT FORMS FOR THE MODELS TO SIGN! THANKS

It sounds as if you are talking about two different things. 2257 requires you to have, maintain, and categorize appropriate identification from your models. 2257 also contains a labeling requirement that must go on your website.
If you have the right model release form, the model should only need to sign one, along with providing you with the correct ID.
