For a man who claims to be an adult industry lawyer, you damn sure haven’t got a clue what you are talking about when it comes to the legalities. I have never in my life witnessed so much BAD advice coming from a single source, and that’s saying a lot coming from someone who has been making porn for over 35 years.
Anyone listening to you is damn sure going to find themselves in a whole world of legal hurt.
This is just an observation but I think you should maybe seek a gig with the public defender’s office rather than specializing in a field you obviously know nothing about.
Nothing like an anonymous, angry, non-specific post which only serves to harm the reputation of this industry. I was close to simply ignoring it, which I usually do when it comes to dumb posts like this, but sometimes a bit of smack down is warranted.
I guess all of my successful and profitable clients in this industry don't have a clue either. Crawl back in your hole.
