I am looking for the title of an adult  movie I saw a long time ago but cannot remember the title.

I think Jamie Gillis is in it however, There are two sceens, one with a couple entering a sex club (The Trash Can?) and the girl orders a drink, the well endowed waiter, who is pantless, asks if she wants cream in the drink, then proceeds to ejaculate in the drink.

The other sceen is, again I think it is Jamie Gillis, penetrating a girls with his testicles with electrical tape around them.
