Question Hello, I currently reside and do business in South Carolina (Northern), I am a videographer/photographer. I would like to enter the Adult film Ind. as a Producer... It seems that this is virtually impossible to do legally here..... Have a glimpse of hope?

Answer the legal answer is that it is only technically legal to be shot (through commercial remuneration) within the State of California...in and around LA County specifically.
currently their is no other STATE law as such. You can own your corporation, llc, etc and run it according to that state law. They dont prohibit the act of running a company in their state, however when it comes to actually shooting "adult content" legally....LA, CA is the only LEGAL outlet.
