Quick,me and my friends have been making amateurporn,but if we wanted to start putting it out,would my friends in the scenes need to sign anything and if so what in particular?


Answer
Assuming that (a) you are producing your films in conformance with state and federal law, and (b) your content is not obscene, then your friends should, at the very least, be signing appropriate model releases.  If you don't have (a) and (b) covered, however, then it doesn't matter what your friends are signing since you all may violating applicable laws and regulations.

As I always tell ANYONE in this business, going without a lawyer well versed in adult entertainment law, you are taking ENORMOUS risks.
