I am not aware of any court decisions in Missouri identifying simple nude photographs as obscene.

There are no specific laws in Missouri regarding formation of an adult website, however depending upon the type of site you are forming, including whether you will be producing your own content, there are many legal considerations, including Missouri pandering and prostitution laws.

There are no laws in Illinois that specifically permit the production of pornography.  Take a look at some of my past posts regarding filming anywhere outside of California, Nevada, or Rhode Island.
