I'm not sure if the ipod touch has the same type of web browsing that the iphone does, but I know that using the iphone I am able to browse many adult sites and see the photos that they have posted.  You will find a directory of free and cheap porn websites listed at:

The sites listed all do require some form of age verification, generally the use of a credit card (although the free sites, for example, do not charge a dollar amount to your card, they do request authorization to confirm the card is legitimate).  Using credit cards for age verification is no longer valid, but most sites still use this method, as it is possible to buy pre-paid Visa and Mastercard (in various denominations - $25, $50, etc) at many convenience stores, gas stations and other locations.  Such pre-paid cards work for age verification, even though they can be purchased by people under the legal age, and are an excellent way to pay for adult website memberships in a secure and anonymous way (as once you have the card, you login to a website that you are given with the card instructions, and you enter in name and address info - and you can enter anything you wish, which allows you to remain anonymous if that is your wish).
