Question
i did porn in the beginging of 2007 and have not yet drop off the sites..my question is i know they own the content so does that mean my videos are not time sensitive..and they can have them stay up as long as they want?
also if i requested a talent agency to remove me from their website numerous times and they do not comply can i do anything about that?
any kind of advice in this matter would be great

Answer
Michelle,

Without seeing the model release that you signed with the producer, there is no way for me to know what the websites' rights are (however most model releases convey ownership of the content to the producer, which means they can do whatever they want with the content).

Talent agencies are another story, since you typically have limited term agreements with them, and their ability to use your likeness/pictures are also limited.  Feel free to contact me through www.adultwebsitelawyer.com if you want to discuss it further.
