Hello Robert, I am in the process of starting an adult film company as well as an adult magazine. I was wondering if you could give me some advice on the best, most effective ways to recruit females for work. My company is based out of Cleveland,Ohio but I am seeking women from all over and of all ethnic groups. Your opinion/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I recommend that you place ads in your local alternative newspapers - and similar publications in larger cities nearby.  Also, advertising in the "adult gigs" section of Craigslist -- you will find the relevant section for Cleveland at:

Also, try advertising at http://www.backpage.com and in the member forums at http://www.xpeeps.com
