Question If I film an adult flim in CA, is it legal to edit it and distribute it out of Tx
Answer Yes. It is perfectly legal to conduct such activity in Texas IF all of your actual filming is done in California. But remember that ALL Adult Material must be in compliance with USC Title 18 Section 2257 and CFR Title 28 Part 75.
