Hi Dan! Well me and my friend are ready to start our business in producing our own adult content and selling and distributing it ourselves for starters. All the filming will be done in California since it is the only legal place where it can be done but we want to bring our content back for post production and sell it via our website. We reside in TX but the content will be uploaded on a website by a hosting company. I could use some help here since we have found a law firm in New York who can get our business aspect together but no one in TX to help us on the Obscenity law.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say you have a law firm in NY who is putting your business aspect together.  Do you mean forming your business entity, or something else?  Depending upon what this firm is doing, it may impact other aspects of your business and what another lawyer would do for you.

I am not aware of any adult entertainment lawyers in Texas, but I've worked with other adult producers in TX and am familiar with some of the applicable obscenity laws.
