Looking for more legal information regarding shooting and producing Adult Films in Canada. Is there an "Ask an Expert"
type site regarding the Canadian Adult Industry, that you could direct me to?

I am not aware of any adult specific laws pertaining to adult film production in Canada, which has a much more liberal approach to such matters as compared to the USA and other countries.  The fact that your production is "adult" is irrelevant - you will be subject to the same regulations that any business engaged in film production would be.  However, you will need to do obvious things like ensure that your models are 18+ (verified by ID which you should have on file, along with appropriate contracts).  I recommend that you contact an entertainment lawyer.  I am not familiar with any specific website where you can get this type of information.
