Is there anything that can really increase penis size?  Herbs, pumps.  or is all bullcrap?

Unfortunately, there is NO SUCH THING as a pill or herbal medication that will enlarge the male penis.

The pumps are also ABSOLUTELY BOGUS and have been known to actually cause extensive nerve damage in the penis.

The ONLY way to actually enlarge the penis is with Penile Enlargement Surgery performed by a qualified plastic surgeon.
