I have been talking to a few people about self shot porn. Models working from home taking topless, softcore and explicit photos of themselves.

However the information im getting is somewhat mixed.


Does the law allow girls in each USA state to submit nude photos of themselves to be resold to sponsors and adult sites?

Yes this would be legal, but only if you have signed model releases or contracts (from each girl) that give you exclusive legal rights to sell and distribute the images AND have properly collected the information required under Federal law for each and every girl in question.

Keep in mind that the Federal Laws actually require you to PERSONALLY collect and verify ALL required information from each girl as outlined in USC Title 18 Section 2257 and CFR Title28 part 75. Meaning that you literally have to meet each girl in person and look at her identification documents too verify her ID and age. Simply accepting photocopies via mail, email, or faxes of that information is NOT sufficient to meet those requirements
