hi, i need help in starting my adult web site and i know that you can guide me in the best direction thank you, first i wanted to let you know that i have all my equipment so far i have recorded 7 videos and the girls got paid plus i made a contract. here is where i need help first the contract is home made second i dont know how to or if its ok for me to launch the videos and third if i do launch the videos with out any legal protection just the company name what can i get in trouble for... the reason why i ask you this is because i want to get this ball rolling with what i got so far do you think is possible?

Without seeing the contract you used, I have no idea whether it provides you with the rights you need, or if it's even enforceable.  I also don't know whether you've received appropriate ID from your talent, such that you're able to comply with the federal record keeping requirements.

Since I don't know what jurisdiction you're in, you may have issues with violations of local obscenity regulations, and you may be required to have procured workers compensation insurance for your talent.

All in all, unless I take a detailed review of your situation, I cannot answer your question.
