Hello!
We are young and talented group of professionals in TV and cinema industry, willing to produce a few (or not so few) adult films of highest professional quality.
since we are located outside U.S., what problems would we have selling our films in U.S.? is that possible at all? if it is, what steps should we do?
is there any way to find out a company interested in communicating with foreign producers and distributing it?

This is an extremely broad question, that not only deals with compliance with federal law, but also structuring content distribution deals with local distributors.  You should seek qualified legal advice specific to your situation, as it is impossible to discuss all of the possible isues and considerations here.

There are several U.S. distributors that distribute foreign content; whether they would be interested in you is dependent upon the nature and extent of your content, its quality, and price considerations.
