Hi,

We are a newly formed european production company about to go into our first set of filming. however i am a little lost with the model release forms needed, do they differ from standard model release forms for photographers? also are they specific to a certain jurisdiction ( our company is registered in a different country to where filming will take place and our content will be distributed online). If you could point me in the right direction either to a website, or a legal pro in europe it would be much appreciated.

Also, we are also setting up a talent scout side of the business and want our models contracted to us, maybe you can help with this?

European law can differ greatly from the laws in the U.S. in this area, so I am not qualified to give you an answer about what the elements of the model release agreement you should have.  I do have a name of a UK lawyer that may help, however.  Please contact me through www.adultwebsitelawyer.com and I'll be happy to pass his name and contact info along to you.
