Hi,
Since legally you must be in Ca. to make porn, how does Playboy TV get away with showing "home videos" from around the country? Some of these show couples having sex, which should violate the law, correct?
This is a very complex answer to what appears to be a simple question. The short of is that Playboy is not the primary producer of these videos, the various couples are, so Playboy is not creating the sexually-explicit content. This content MAY violate local laws, but not definitively - bear in mind that although CA is the only state in the country that has affirmative laws that legalize the production of adult content, most states don't have laws that actually do the opposite - they just have obscenity, prostitution, and pandering laws that MIGHT apply.
