Hi

I want to know, because I have to friends that are interested in the porn industry, ( 1 girl 1 guy ), the girl is a HOT, blonde 20 year old!.

I´ve got contact with a couple of porn industry´s here in the valley, but I have gone in to their office yet..
I want to know, because I want to be like their ´ manager´. And get like a certain percent out of this whole thing, So I want to know, how do I do this, and is their anything special I need to think about?, should I make a contract with them, and how would I do that?

While it really seems like a totally good idea on paper….this is just another relevantly easy sounding job that actually takes a little more time to grow into. As I stated before you don’t need a degree to work in any aspic of the adult industry….it doesn’t mean you can just set up camp and decide to say that you an “agent” or “agency’…it is even if you had 50 really hot women ready to start doing b/g shoots TODAY….it helps if you actually know some people and have done some “grunt” work for awhile…..you will also have to take into perspective that you will not even break even on this type of work for the first few years…..its like any other legitimate real business……you will have to have some “OJT” (on the job training) or in the service they call it “basic” before you will head out into battle….this is most likely the only way you will be able to garnish any respect from the people that have been in this biz for years….

Most people in this biz aren’t really happy with any newcomers…..unless you’re “the female talent”….or you have the power to provide new female talent on a regular basis. Then you have that certain something that “THEY” desperately want, then no matter who you are and doesn’t really matter if they “like” you or “don’t like” someone….and like I said they will just have to learn to adjust.

So…yeah by all means go for it…..I don’t want to discourage you with that idea…..but want your probably actually interested in doing is being a recruiter then being a manager….these are two jobs strikingly similar but totally different.
