Hi Dan,

I want to rent commercial space in NH and have live dancers for a website with chat and video.  There will be not intercourse.  Is this legal in NH?

You would also need to consider your local zoning regulations regarding this sort of activity for the commercial space you'll be renting.  Depending upon how you are hiring the dancers, you also may need workers compensation insurance for them.

The way you solicit and contract with your dancers must also be done very carefully.  I would strongly recommend you retain qualified counsel to advise you for this activity.
