I'm in Los Angeles and looking to finance/produce adult content for a website I'm working on.

1.) Which papers or websites would you recommend posting ads to find actors and actresses?

2.) Do ladirectmodels.com, goldstarmodeling.com, and lisaanntalentmanagement.com allow you to hire talent on an hourly basis? Or is it more common for agencies to charge on a per job basis?

3.) Are there networks of people who invest in adult film productions? Or is all such funding done by private investors? If so, how should I go about contacting them?

1) laxpress maybe for print and on sexyjobs.com...craigslist is clogged up with bullshit.....you don’t know if a person is being for real or not there.


2) No they don’t allow hr rates unless you either book 1/2 day or full day rates. Its pretty much SOP to book a model for a "scene" rather then the half/whole day rates...but you could use that day rate to your advantage if you just shooting various short fetish content clips for strictly for internet distribution.

3) you could try something like this....www.adultentertainmentcapital.com but I would just go to the convention in Vegas (AVN Adult Expo) and try to do some networking there.
