I am currently 19 years old but have very many connects within the porn industry. I found this girl who is turning 18 next week and she wants me to manage her porn career. Basically what i need to know is what do i need to know to be able to manage her career efficiently? Also what is the average % i should take by assuming this role? All information i asked for and whatever else you feel i need to know would be greatly appreciated.

Percentages typically increased based upon the experience and track-record of the manager or agent.  If you are going to be acting as an agent, i.e., working to get her employment for film shoots, 10% is common (although there are always exceptions).  Be careful however, since certain states require licensing in order to act as an agent, since you will be viewed as an employment agency.

Either way, you should have a comprehensive contract with your talent that clearly identifies what your responsibilities are, and aren't.
