Hello Jim! I wanted to know if you had any tips for me. I wanted to get involved in the post-production aspect of this industry. Specifically editing. How is that possible? What will I need to know before getting involved, etc.

Hi Jill,

Editing is a highly specialized field, so assuming that you have the required experience and are skilled in the use of the latest editing software, equipment, and editing techniques...it’s just like applying for any other job. Simply submit your resume and samples of your work to a few production companies and hope for the best.
