We have a team that is ready to start producing adult films in Ga.  Where do I look to find out the paper work I need for my area?

Can I shoot and distribute legally without paying for for ordinances or things like that?

Not sure what you mean by paperwork - are you talking about governmental documents, or documents to be used with your talent and crew?
