Hey can you give me any information on how to get started with my own porn business? The legal stuff and trademarks. Just anything i should know would help.

In this economy, good for you on taking control of your career.  This is an excellent time to get into this business IF you go about it the right way.

That being said, there is a LOT you need to research, both from the business and legal side.  There is simply no way I can go through all of it in this forum.

Here are a couple of good ways to start:  if you're thinking about filming your own content (which is DEFINITELY the way to go if you want to make the big money in this business), I HIGHLY recommend going to www.theadultbusinessformula.com and picking up the guide there.  You can also go to my website (www.adultwebsitelawyer.com) and ask for a cheat sheet, which will give you good information as well.

Other than that, go out there and do your homework.  Visit the discussion boards at sites like xbiz.com and ynot.com and learn what others are doing.  Figure out what type of site you want.  Good luck!
